- Specific Content of the "Advance Notice" Due to the audit report for the Company's 2020 financial statements being issued with an inability to express an opinion, the Company's stock has been subject to delisting risk warning since April 30, 2021. On April 29, 2022, the audit report for the Company's 2021 financial statements was also issued with an inability to express an opinion, triggering the delisting conditions specified in Article 10.3.10, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the "Listing Rules for the Growth Enterprise Market (Revised December 2020)" of the SZSE. The SZSE intends to decide to terminate the listing of the Company's stock.
