(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Party B") and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CATL" or "Party A") have signed the "Electrolyte Cooperation Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "this Agreement"). The parties agree to cooperate in the purchase and sale of electrolyte materials during the validity period of this Agreement, with specific product names, specifications, unit prices, quantities, and technical standards to be confirmed in writing by both parties.
1. Basic Information on the Agreement
- The Agreement will take effect upon the affixing of seals by both parties and is valid from the date of sealing until December 31, 2028.
- The successful execution of the Agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's operating results for the years 2026 to 2028, with specific impacts to be confirmed by the annual audit results.
- There are significant risks and uncertainties associated with the execution of the Agreement, including potential market demand fluctuations and changes in technical routes, which may prevent timely or full execution of the Agreement.
