Reporting Period
This is an annual report covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. To enhance comparability and forward-looking perspective, some content may retrospectively cover previous years or include forward-looking statements.
Basis of Preparation
This report is prepared in accordance with the "Guidelines for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 17 — Sustainability Reporting (Trial)" (2024). It also references the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Standards (2021), the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) recommendations.

The data cited in this report is derived from the Company's official documents, original ledgers, statistical reports, audit statements, and financial reports, and has been verified and aggregated by relevant departments. The Board of Directors is responsible for the final review and approval of this report, ensuring its authenticity and completeness. Where financial data differs from the annual report, the annual report shall prevail. Unless otherwise specified, all currency in this report is in RMB.

Taking Three Years as a Milestone, Moving Toward Sustainability
Chairman's Statement
As this ESG report unfolds on schedule, Boton's first "ESG Three-Year Action Plan" (2023-2025) has successfully concluded. Looking back over these three years, the global supply chain has experienced unprecedented shocks and restructuring, and sustainability has transformed from "icing on the cake" to a "survival strategy." Boton has not drifted with the tide, but has proactively internalized ESG as a driving force for corporate growth. Using our six major strategies—"Steady Trust, Growth Together, Green Governance, Technology Prosperity, Value Co-creation, and Community Symbiosis"—as our compass, we have driven a systematic transformation from governance to operations, and from products to ecosystems.
