Announcement on Resignation of Senior Management and Appointment of Financial Officer

I. Resignation of Senior Management
The board of directors of Puxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has recently received the written resignation report from Ms. Yan Hongyu, Deputy General Manager and Financial Officer.
Ms. Yan Hongyu has applied to resign from her positions as Deputy General Manager and Financial Officer due to reaching retirement age. Ms. Yan Hongyu's original term was set to expire upon the conclusion of the Company's Sixth Board of Directors. Due to the delay in the board's election, the term of senior management has been extended accordingly, and she was required to continue performing her duties until the completion of the Sixth Board of Directors' election. After her resignation, Ms. Yan Hongyu will no longer hold any positions in the Company and will carry out work transition and handover in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations.
In accordance with relevant regulations, Ms. Yan Hongyu's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's board of directors.
