Jin Ya Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin Ya Technology" or "the Company") stock was decided to be delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 14, 2020. On June 17, 2020, the Company received the "Decision on the Review of Stock Delisting" from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange ultimately upheld the decision to delist Jin Ya Technology's stock. The Company's stock entered the delisting trading period on June 18, 2020, and as of July 31, 2020 (inclusive), it has completed thirty trading days in the delisting trading period, which has now ended. The Company's stock will be delisted on August 3, 2020.
The Company's fifth board of directors approved the decision to appoint Guo Xin Securities Co., Ltd. as the agent to handle the re-certification, registration, and custody of shares. Further announcements will be made regarding the procedures and specific arrangements for share re-certification, registration, and custody after delisting.
