Audit Committee's Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm in 2025 and Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 2 - Normative Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Audit Committee Implementation Rules" of Tianjin Red Sun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Company's Audit Committee, with a principle of diligence and responsibility, has conscientiously performed its duties. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's evaluation of the accounting firm's performance in 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities:

As of December 31, 2025, ShineWing had 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants, of whom over 700 had signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
ShineWing's total business revenue in 2024 was RMB 4.054 billion (including unified operations), of which audit business revenue was RMB 2.587 billion and securities business revenue was RMB 0.976 billion. In 2024, ShineWing audited 383 listed company annual reports, with a total fee of RMB 0.471 billion. The projects involved major industries including manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, transportation, warehousing and postal services, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply, wholesale and retail, mining, culture and sports and entertainment, finance, water conservancy, environmental protection and public facilities management, and construction. The number of audit clients in the same industry as the Company was 255.
