I. Specifics of Being Subject to Other Risk Warnings
- On April 15, 2025, the Company and relevant personnel received the "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Zhejiang Penalty [2025] No. 5) from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and on April 21, 2025, received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" (Zhejiang Penalty [2025] No. 15) from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. In accordance with Article 9.4, Paragraph (VII) of Chapter 9 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules," the Company's stock will be subject to an additional other risk warning starting from April 16, 2025.
