1. Transaction Overview
Yiwei Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its seventh extraordinary general meeting on November 19, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding the equity swap with SK On Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SK On"). The Company will hold 4.2% of SK On's equity after the swap. The specific details are outlined in the announcement dated November 20, 2025 (Announcement No. 2025-148).
The Company held its first extraordinary general meeting on October 28, 2025, to approve the proposal regarding the equity swap. The development of the equity swap is consistent with the previous agreements, and the parties will proceed with the changes as planned.
