(hereinafter referred to as "ShunKong Environment Investment"), has signed the "Concession Agreement for Waste Incineration and Sewage Treatment in Shunde District" (hereinafter referred to as the "Concession Agreement") with the Shunde District Environmental Transport Management Bureau. ShunKong Environment Investment holds the concession rights for waste incineration and sewage treatment in Shunde District.
