1. Transaction Overview
On August 18, 2025, Xinha Co., Ltd. held the 11th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, where it approved the proposal to lease idle factory buildings. To activate the Company's existing assets and enhance overall operational efficiency, the Company agreed to lease its idle factory located at No. 95 Huli Avenue, Huli District, Xiamen City (Hongzhan Building) to Xiamen Yulixin Property Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen Yulixin") for a total area of 20,336.38 square meters. The lease term is from August 18, 2025, to March 9, 2032, with a total rental amount of approximately RMB 30.0635 million (including tax).
