I. Review Process
The Company convened the 14th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, to discuss and approve the proposal regarding the 2025 profit distribution plan.
II. Basic Situation of the 2025 Profit Distribution Plan
According to the report issued by the accounting firm, the Company’s net profit attributable to shareholders for 2025 is CNY 1,124,818,560.83. The Company plans to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 per share, totaling CNY 7,170,635,881.40. The total profit distribution for 2025 is CNY 2,659,842,979.87.
