To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Shenzhen Leisai Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in my work during 2025, I have complied with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Normative Operation"), and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System" of the Company. I have diligently performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, and conscientiously reviewed all proposals. I have fully exercised my role as an independent director to safeguard the standardized operation of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders. The basic situation of my performance of duties during the reporting period is as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Directors
(I) Personal Information I graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. in Engineering. From August 2004 to April 2008, I served as a Senior R&D Engineer at ABB Group Research Center. From May 2008 to May 2010, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Graduate School at Shenzhen, Harbin Institute of Technology. From June 2010 to December 2017, I served as an Associate Professor at the Graduate School at Shenzhen, Harbin Institute of Technology. Since 2018, I have been an Associate Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and currently serve as a Professor. I also serve as an Independent Director of Shenzhen Leisai Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.; Manager and Director of Shenzhen Bineng Electric Technology Co., Ltd.; Director of the Shenzhen High-Tech Intelligent Robotics and Low-Altitude Economy Research Center; Joint Researcher of Guangdong Provincial Jihua Laboratory; and Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Power Industry Association.
(II) Independence Statement During the reporting period, my position complies with the independence requirements stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and there are no circumstances that affect my independence.
II. Overview of Independent Director's Performance in the Reporting Year
