Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (hereinafter referred to as "this office") serves as the special legal advisor for Zhuhai Bojie Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the listed company," "the company," or "Bojie Shares") regarding the issuance of A-shares to specific targets and listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance" or "this issuance and listing").
