● The period for triggering the adjustment of the conversion price started on May 29, 2026. As of July 1, 2026, the closing price of Qiaoyin Urban Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") stock has been lower than 85% of the current conversion price (RMB 12.444 per share) for at least fifteen trading days within any consecutive thirty trading days, which has triggered the downward adjustment clause for the conversion price of "Qiaoyin Convertible Bond".
● On July 1, 2026, the Company held the 14th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, which deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Board of Directors' Proposal to Lower the Conversion Price of 'Qiaoyin Convertible Bond'".
