Hubei H&Y Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") stock experienced a cumulative price fluctuation deviation exceeding 20% on July 1, 2026, and July 2, 2026. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Trading Rules," this constitutes abnormal stock trading fluctuations. As per the requirements of the relevant regulations, as the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the Company, we are issuing this letter to verify whether the following major matters exist:
I. Do you have any material information related to the Company that should be disclosed but has not been disclosed?
II. As of now, are there any major matters related to the Company that are in the planning stage, including but not limited to major asset restructuring, share issuance, acquisitions, debt restructuring, business restructuring, asset divestment, asset injection, share repurchases, equity incentives, bankruptcy reorganization, major business cooperation, introduction of strategic investors, and other major matters?
III. During the period of abnormal stock trading fluctuations, did you engage in any trading of the Company's stock?
Please conduct a self-inspection and verification of the above matters and reply in writing.
