Zhejiang Anglikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anglikang," "the Issuer," or "the Company") is applying for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets. In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter "Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter "Registration Measures"), and other relevant laws, regulations, and the rules of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter "CSRC") and your exchange, the Company has submitted its issuance and listing application documents to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Orient Securities Company Limited (hereinafter "Orient Securities" or "the Sponsor") has accepted the appointment by the Issuer to act as the sponsor for this issuance of A-shares to specific targets and hereby issues this Listing Sponsorship Letter to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The Sponsor and its representatives have acted in accordance with the Company Law, the Securities Law, and other relevant laws, regulations, and the rules of the CSRC and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. We have acted with honesty, integrity, and due diligence, strictly following established business rules and industry self-regulatory standards to issue this Listing Sponsorship Letter, and we guarantee that the documents provided are true, accurate, and complete.
Unless otherwise specified, the abbreviations or definitions used in this Listing Sponsorship Letter are the same as those in the Prospectus for the Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets by the Company.

The Company is primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of APIs, chemical preparations, and specialty intermediate series products. Its API and preparation products cover multiple therapeutic areas, including anti-infectives, cardiovascular, urology (nephrology), anesthesia and pain management, and anti-androgens. Specialty intermediates are primarily used in pharmaceutical chemicals, nutrition, and animal feed.
