Report Introduction
This is the 7th sustainability report of Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Limited (Stock Code: 002938). Based on objectivity, standardization, transparency and comprehensiveness, it discloses the Company’s practices and performance in governance, products, environment and social aspects in 2025.

This report covers Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Limited and its subsidiaries. Unless otherwise stated, the scope is consistent with the annual report. See appendix “Boundary of Sustainability Information Collection”.
Reporting Period
January 1 - December 31, 2025. Some historical data are included for comparability and completeness.

Prepared in accordance with the Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 17 for Companies Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange—Sustainability Report (For Trial Implementation) (hereinafter referred to as the Guidance), with reference to GRI Standards 2021, TCFD, and UN SDGs.

About Avary Holding
Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Limited (“the Company”) was founded on April 29, 1999, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 18, 2018, under the stock short name “Avary Holding” with stock code 002938.
The Company is a large integrated manufacturer covering R&D, design, fabrication, sales and services of various PCBs. The Company provides full-range PCB products and end-to-end customized solutions across the whole industrial chain to premium customers in line with bespoke specifications of downstream end products. The Company tops China’s PCB industry rankings released by CPCA year after year. Per Prismark’s 2018 - 2026 global ranking by revenue, the Company has remained the world’s largest PCB manufacturer for nine consecutive years from 2017 to 2025.
