Name: Tan Hua, Male, born in 1972, China, with a Master's degree. He has served as an independent director of the Company since its establishment and has extensive experience in finance and management. His term as an independent director is from May 23, 2023, to May 22, 2026.
- Disclosure of Independence
Based on self-assessment, I provide the following statements regarding my independence:
(1) I have no direct relatives who hold positions in the Company or its subsidiaries, nor do I hold shares in the Company exceeding 1%. I do not hold shares in any company that issues shares to the Company exceeding 5%.
(2) I and my immediate relatives do not hold shares in the Company, nor do I have any controlling relationship with other enterprises that provide financial services to the Company.
(3) I do not hold shares in the Company, nor do I have any controlling relationship with other enterprises that provide financial services to the Company.
Therefore, I confirm that there are no factors affecting my independence.
