Report Preparation Statement

This report is the first Sustainable Development Report issued by Dongguan Mentech Optical & Magnetic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mentech"). This report objectively, normatively, and transparently discloses the practices and achievements of the company and its subsidiaries in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) in 2025, aiming to respond to the concerns of stakeholders, strengthen interaction and communication with stakeholders, and promote sustainable development.

Reporting Scope

The scope of this report covers Mentech and its subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified, it is consistent with the scope of the consolidated financial statements for the same period of Mentech (Stock Code: 002902.SZ). For the convenience of expression and reading, "country" and "government" in this report refer to the People's Republic of China and its administrative agencies.

Reporting Period

The reporting period of this report is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Unless otherwise specified, the data in this report are for this period. To enhance the comparability and forward-looking nature of this report, some content is retrospectively traced to previous years or described with a forward-looking perspective. This report is published once a year, consistent with the fiscal year.

Basis for Report Preparation

The preparation of this report strictly follows the disclosure requirements of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 17 — Sustainable Development Report (Trial)" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 3 — Sustainable Development Report Preparation," and refers to the "Basic Principles of Enterprise Sustainable Disclosure (Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the "GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards)" issued by the Global Reporting Initiative, the "China Enterprise Sustainable Development Report Guide (CASS-ESG6.0)" issued by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Data Sources

The data sources for this report include Mentech's actual operational raw data, government public data, the company's annual financial data, internal statistical reports, third-party questionnaires, and third-party evaluation interviews. If there is any discrepancy between the financial data recorded in this report and the company's financial report, the company's financial report shall prevail. Unless otherwise specified, the currency involved in this report is RMB.

This report was approved and published by the company's Board of Directors on June 30, 2026. The company and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that this report contains no false records, misleading statements, or major omissions, and are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of its content.
