Guo Shaoming, born in 1963, is a Chinese national and a certified senior accountant. He served as the Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Gas Group Co., Ltd. from 1995 to 2021. He has held various positions in finance and management, and currently serves as an independent director of several companies.

In 2025, I meet the independence requirements as stipulated in the "Guidelines for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and have no circumstances that impair my independence.
