Shen Xiaoping, born in 1963, China, graduated from the Management Science and Engineering program. He has served as an independent director since July 2000 and has held various academic and managerial positions. He has been involved with the company since June 2008.
(2) Independent Director Situation
In 2025, I will fulfill the responsibilities required by the "Management Regulations for Independent Directors" and will not have any conflicts of interest. I am not a shareholder or a member of the board of directors.
