The report follows the principles of materiality, quantification, balance, and consistency during the compilation process. For ease of expression and reading, "MeiG Smart," "the Company," and "we" in this report refer to MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries included in the scope of this report. The Company's Chinese name is "美格智能技術股份有限公司," and the English name is "MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd."
