In accordance with Article 9.8.7 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the risk warning situation triggered by the controlling shareholder's occupation of funds for Tian Sheng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has been eliminated. The Company has submitted an application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to revoke the risk warning triggered by the controlling shareholder's occupation of funds, which has now been reviewed and approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Company received the "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Penalty Letter (2025) No. 4) and the "Decision on Administrative Penalty" ((2025) No. 4) issued by the Chongqing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau") on September 12, 2025, and November 7, 2025, respectively.
