Lvkang Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Lvkang Bio-Pharmaceutical") at its Fifth Board of Directors' 33rd Meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Amending the Articles of Association" and the "Proposal on Amending Certain Rules." The Board of Directors agreed to amend the "Articles of Association" and related rules in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 – Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," as well as the Company's actual situation. The above matters still need to be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation and approval.
