1. Overview
According to the audit by Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Lixin"), as of December 31, 2025, the undistributed profits in the Company's consolidated and parent company financial statements for 2025 were -72,253.73 million yuan and -71,157.41 million yuan, respectively. The paid-in capital was 15,541.58 million yuan. The amount of uncovered losses has exceeded one-third of the paid-in capital. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Association," when the uncovered losses reach one-third of the paid-in capital, it must be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
