To all shareholders of Green Kang Biochemical Co., Ltd.:
We have audited the financial statements of Green Kang Biochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Green Kang Biochemical") for the year ended December 31, 2025, including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, statements of changes in owners' equity, and related financial statement notes. We issued an unqualified audit opinion on March 6, 2026, with report number XHSHB[2026]ZF10047.
Based on the audit of the aforementioned financial statements, we have accepted a commission to perform a reasonable assurance engagement on the accompanying Revenue Deductions Table for Green Kang Biochemical in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Revenue Deductions Table").
