Commitment Letter from Transaction Counterparty Regarding Truthfulness, Accuracy, and Completeness of Information Provided
Zhejiang Jiemei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Listed Company") intends to acquire 100% equity of Changsha Efuosi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Efuosi Technology") from all shareholders of Efuosi Technology through the issuance of shares and raise supporting funds (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"). I, as the transaction counterparty (hereinafter referred to as the "Commitment Maker"), hereby make the following commitment regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided by the Commitment Maker:
- The copies or duplicates of the documents and materials provided by the Commitment Maker are consistent with the originals or the authentic documents. The signatures and seals on these documents and materials are authentic, and the signatories are either the Commitment Maker or have been legally authorized by the Commitment Maker and have effectively signed these documents. The Commitment Maker guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and does not contain any false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.
