This is Zhang Guisen, the independent director of Power Sports (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. I graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a bachelor's degree in business management in September 1989. From July 1994 to January 1996, I served as a manager in a company in Xi'an. From 1996 to January 2001, I held various positions in a company in Beijing. I was the general manager of a consulting company from February 2008 to April 2010. From May 2010 to April 2019, I served as CEO of another company. From May 2019 to August 2019, I was the executive director of a company in Beijing. From September 2019 to October 2023, I served as the chairman of a technology company. I have been an independent director since December 2020.
