I. Resignation of Independent Director
The Company's Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Independent Director Mr. Liu Qinglin. Mr. Liu Qinglin has applied to resign from his position as an independent director of the Sixth Board of Directors due to work adjustments. He has also resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and member of the Strategy and Development Committee and Nomination Committee of the Sixth Board of Directors. Mr. Liu Qinglin's original term of office was scheduled to end on June 27, 2027, when the term of the Sixth Board of Directors expires. After his resignation, Mr. Liu Qinglin plans to take on other positions within the Company.
