I. Basic Situation of the Litigation Shenzhen Meizhi Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") filed a lawsuit against the defendant Xinjiang Runlian Investment Co., Ltd. in the People's Court of Toutunhe District, Urumqi City, due to a construction contract dispute for the exterior decoration engineering, facade glass curtain wall, stone curtain wall, and aluminum plate curtain wall entity wall insulation construction of the Yaou Trade Center project (hereinafter referred to as "the involved engineering"). For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Major Litigation" (Announcement Number: 2026-019) disclosed by the company on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 21, 2026.
II. Progress of the Litigation The Company recently received the Civil Mediation Document (2026) Xin 0106 Min Chu No. 148 from the People's Court of Toutunhe District, Urumqi City. After mediation by the court, the parties voluntarily reached an agreement, the main contents of which are as follows:
Party A: Shenzhen Meizhi Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd. Party B: Xinjiang Runlian Investment Co., Ltd. Party C: Xinjiang Tianrong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
- Party A and Party B confirm that for the exterior decoration engineering of the Yaou Trade Center project, Party A and Party B signed the "Construction Contract for Yaou Trade Center Project Exterior Decoration Engineering" and the "Supplementary Agreement for Construction of Yaou Trade Center Building Curtain Wall Engineering". The total settlement amount for the engineering involved in the above contracts is RMB 24,850,050.38. As of the signing date of this agreement, Party B has paid RMB 9,668,677.26 in engineering fees, and still owes Party A RMB 15,181,373.12 in engineering fees.
