I. Basic情况 of This Related Party Transaction (I) Overview of This Related Party Transaction
To improve financing efficiency and meet the capital needs of daily production and operation, Jierong Mould Industrial (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Jierong"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongguan Jierong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), intends to receive financial assistance of no more than RMB 100 million from Jierong Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jierong Group"), the controlling shareholder of the Company. The term of the financial assistance shall not exceed 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval. The interest rate shall not be higher than the prevailing bank loan interest rate in Hong Kong, where Jierong Group is registered. Hong Kong Jierong may use the funds on a revolving basis within the aforementioned period and amount according to actual circumstances, and may repay in advance.
