The method of equity change is that Guangdong Piano Scientific Artist Home Furnishings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") plans to issue A shares to a specific object (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Issuance"), and Hangzhou Chuxin Micro Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chuxin Micro") intends to subscribe for these shares with cash.

On December 15, 2025, Ma Libin and Hangzhou Chuxin Micro Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chuxin Micro") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" and a "Waiver of Voting Rights Agreement" to regulate Chuxin Micro's acquisition of control over the Company. On December 8, 2025, Chuxin Micro signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Zhuhai Honglu Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Honglu"). The transfer of shares and waiver of voting rights under the aforementioned agreements have been completed, and the current actual controller is Ms. Yin Jiayin.

The Current Issuance has been reviewed and approved by the Company's Fourth Board of Directors' Fourteenth Meeting on December 15, 2025, and the 2026 Fourth Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 22, 2026. It was subsequently amended and approved by the Fifth Board of Directors' Fourth Meeting on July 24, 2026. The amended proposal still requires approval from the Company's Shareholders' Meeting, review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"), and registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") before it can be implemented.
