Voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange internet voting system: Any time from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on June 25, 2026.

Meeting Location: Company Conference Room, 34th Floor, United Headquarters Building, Xuefu Road No. 63, High-tech Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Meeting Method: A combination of on-site voting and online voting. The meeting provided an online voting platform for public shareholders through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system.

The convening of this meeting complies with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, Shenzhen Stock Exchange business rules, and the Company's Articles of Association.

Of these, 40 shareholders attended on-site, representing 179,646,750 shares (30.8784% of total voting shares). 964 shareholders voted online, representing 62,620,157 shares (10.7634% of total voting shares).
(2) Overall Attendance of Small and Medium Shareholders:
999 small and medium shareholders attended through on-site and online voting, representing 86,062,604 shares, or 14.7928% of the total voting shares. Of these, 35 small and medium shareholders attended on-site, representing 23,442,447 shares (4.0294% of total voting shares). 964 small and medium shareholders voted online, representing 62,620,157 shares (10.7634% of total voting shares).
- Some directors and the Company Secretary attended the meeting. The appointed supervising lawyer was present to witness the meeting.
II. Proposal Review and Voting Results
The meeting voted on proposals using a combination of on-site and online voting. The following proposals were deliberated and approved:
- Approval of the "Proposal on the Company's Issuance of H Shares and Listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited"
Votes in favor: 242,073,675 shares, representing 99.9202% of the total valid voting shares present.
