I. Meeting Information
The 30th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of Zhejiang Huaton Meat Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was notified via email and telephone on April 25, 2026, and was held on April 29, 2026, in a combined onsite and communication format. There were 8 directors expected to attend, and all 8 directors were present, with independent directors Mr. Guo Zhanhong, Mr. Wu Tianyun, and Ms. Lou Zhilan voting via communication. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhu Jianjun, and senior management attended. The convening and holding of the meeting complied with the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations as well as the Company’s Articles of Association.
