Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To meet the strategic development needs of the company, the development plan is to be defined, enhancing the company's development capabilities and overall investment decision-making efficiency. The company will improve its governance structure, promote environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, and increase core competitiveness. Based on the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the company will establish the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee and define its work rules.
Article 2
The Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee is a specialized working body under the board of directors, primarily responsible for long-term development strategies and investment decisions, and for conducting research and recommendations related to sustainable development.
