I. Basic Situation of the Change
On October 31, 2025, Shandong Dawn Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review [2025] No. 224). Hubei Zhonglian Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Zhonglian") is the appraisal institution for this transaction. The original signing appraisers were Wu Feng and Yang Tao, and the new signing appraisers are Hu Jingchun and Yang Tao. Wu Feng, the original signing appraiser, has committed to being responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the previously signed materials and will continue to bear legal responsibility. Hu Jingchun agrees to assume the responsibilities of the signing appraiser, fulfill due diligence obligations, and commits to recognizing the relevant documents signed by Wu Feng and bearing corresponding legal responsibilities, as well as being responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of future signed materials.
