Announcement on the Deregistration of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Beiken Energy Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 12th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on June 22, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on the Deregistration of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary."
Based on the Company's overall operational development plan, to further optimize internal resource allocation and reduce operating costs, the Company's Board of Directors has agreed to deregister its wholly-owned subsidiary Beiken Energy Kish Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Iranian Subsidiary"), and has authorized the Company's management to handle the relevant deregistration procedures in accordance with the law.
