I. Overview of Agreement Signing
Bekon Energy Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bekon Energy (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bekon Energy"), and its grandchild company BK028 ENERGY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "BK028"), have signed the "Cooperation Agreement on the Exploration and Development of Oil and Gas Resources in Canada Project" (hereinafter referred to as the "Cooperation Agreement") with EVERGO RESOURCES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "EVERGO") regarding the establishment of a joint venture company, Benkoil Resources Limited, and the development of overseas projects. According to the agreement, the parties will establish a joint venture company to invest in oil and gas equity projects located in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.
