I. Resignation of Senior Management Personnel
On July 27, 2026, Shenzhen Zhongzhuang Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a written resignation report from President Shi Liang. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Shi Liang has applied to resign from his position as President of the Company and will no longer serve as the Company's legal representative. After his resignation, Mr. Shi Liang will not hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries.
