I am a female, Han nationality, born on March 3, 1974, in Anhui Province. I hold a dual degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bristol, UK. I also obtained a PhD in International Trade from Shanghai University. Currently, I serve as a member of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and as a member of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
