I. Overview of Company Guarantees
- Basic Information on This Guarantee
Chongda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has signed guarantee contracts with the Zhuhai Jinwan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as "ICBC Zhuhai Jinwan Branch") and the Shenzhen Fuyong Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as "ICBC Shenzhen Fuyong Branch") on June 18, 2026, to provide credit guarantees for the credit business between its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Chongda Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Chongda") and the banks, to meet Zhuhai Chongda's daily production and operation needs. ICBC Zhuhai Jinwan Branch and ICBC Shenzhen Fuyong Branch will provide Zhuhai Chongda with a comprehensive credit line of RMB 100 million and RMB 200 million, respectively. The Company will provide full credit guarantees for these credit lines.
- Deliberation on the Company's Guarantee Quota
On April 27, 2026, the fifth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors was held, and on May 20, 2026, the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting was held. The "Proposal on the Estimated Guarantee Quota for Subsidiaries in 2026" was deliberated and approved, agreeing that the Company would provide Zhuhai Chongda with a guarantee quota not exceeding RMB 2.2 billion. The validity period of the guarantee quota is from the date of deliberation and approval by the Company's 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting to the date of the Company's next annual shareholders' meeting.
