Yunnan Enjie New Materials (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors on May 12, 2026, and approved the proposal to invest in the construction of a lithium battery separator project in Rong County, Zigong City, Sichuan Province.
