The 18th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of Suzhou Hengjiu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on May 27, 2026, in the company meeting room, combining in-person and communication methods. All directors unanimously agreed to waive the advance notice period for this meeting, and the meeting notice was delivered on May 27, 2026, in person and by phone.
