(1) Personal Introduction
I am Wu Changming, born in January 1983, a citizen of China, a member of the Democratic League, and a permanent resident of Wuxi. I hold a master's degree in accounting and am a senior accountant, registered with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Since 2005, I have served as an accountant at Jiangsu Jianghuai Chemical Co., Ltd. and as a financial advisor at Beijing Xingye Accounting Firm (specializing in mergers and acquisitions). Currently, I am the financial manager of Wuxi Steel Technology Co., Ltd.
(2) Explanation of Independence
During the reporting period, I have complied with the requirements of the Company Law and the regulations on independent directors. I have not engaged in any activities that could compromise my independence.
2. Overview of Independent Director Activities
