Emergency Response Procedure for Sudden Events (2026-04)

Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 1

To strengthen the emergency response procedures for sudden events at Wuxi Huishan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and to minimize the impact of sudden events on operations and management, this system is established based on the relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the Company.

Article 2

The term "sudden event" refers to unexpected incidents that occur suddenly and can cause significant impact on the Company’s operations, finances, and reputation, requiring an emergency response.

Article 3

The Company shall establish a response team for sudden events, which will be responsible for the coordination and management of emergency responses.

Article 4

The response team shall consist of personnel from various departments of the Company.

Chapter 2 Classification of Sudden Events

Article 5

Sudden events are classified into four categories based on their nature and impact:

1. Administrative category

   1. Major risks affecting the Company’s operations.
   2. Disputes or conflicts between shareholders.
   3. Significant changes in the Company’s management or structure.
   4. Other administrative issues.

2. Economic category

   1. Deterioration of the Company’s financial situation.
   2. Sudden changes in market conditions affecting the Company.
   3. Other economic issues.

3. Environmental category

   1. Major environmental incidents affecting the Company.
   2. Changes in environmental policies impacting operations.
   3. Other environmental issues.
