(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was held on June 11, 2026, through a combination of on-site meetings and written voting. The notice for this meeting was sent via email on June 5, 2026. Nine directors were expected to attend, and nine directors actually attended. Senior management personnel of the Company were present at the meeting.
