Announcement on the Resignation of the Chairman and the Election of a Non-Independent Director

I. Resignation of the Chairman
Shenzhen Jianyi Decoration Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from its Chairman, Mr. Shi Fang. Due to job transfer, Mr. Shi Fang has resigned from his positions as Chairman and Non-Independent Director of the Fifth Board of Directors. After his resignation, Mr. Shi Fang will no longer hold any positions in the Company. The term of office for the aforementioned positions held by Mr. Shi Fang was originally scheduled to expire on the date the Fifth Board of Directors' term ends.
In accordance with the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association" and other relevant regulations, Mr. Shi Fang's resignation will not result in the number of directors on the Company's Board falling below the statutory minimum. Mr. Shi Fang's resignation report takes effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Shi Fang does not hold any shares in the Company and has no outstanding commitments that are yet to be fulfilled.
