To the shareholders of Shenzhen Kelic Technology Co., Ltd.:
We were engaged to perform a reasonable assurance engagement on the accompanying Special Report on the Storage, Management, and Use of Raised Funds for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Raised Funds Special Report") of Shenzhen Kelic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
I. Responsibility of the Board of Directors
The responsibility of the Company's Board of Directors is to prepare the Raised Funds Special Report in accordance with the "Supervision Measures for Raised Funds of Listed Companies" (CSRC Announcement [2025] No. 10), the "Code of Conduct for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Main Board" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules - Announcement Format" and other relevant regulations. This responsibility includes designing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls related to the preparation of the Raised Funds Special Report, ensuring that the Raised Funds Special Report is true, accurate, and complete, and free from false statements, misleading statements, or material omissions.
II. Responsibility of the Certified Public Accountants
Our responsibility is to express an assurance conclusion on the Raised Funds Special Report based on our performance of the assurance engagement.
III. Overview of Work
We performed the assurance engagement in accordance with the "Chinese Certified Public Accountants' Other Assurance Services Standards No. 3101 - Assurance Engagements Other Than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information." This standard requires us to comply with professional ethics, plan and perform the assurance engagement to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the Raised Funds Special Report is prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the "Supervision Measures for Raised Funds of Listed Companies" (CSRC Announcement [2025] No. 10), the "Code of Conduct for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Main Board" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules - Announcement Format" and other relevant regulations, and to obtain reasonable assurance that it fairly presents the Company's 2025 raised fund storage, management, and use. During the performance of the assurance engagement, we performed procedures, including inquiries and inspection of accounting records, that we considered necessary. We believe that our assurance work provides a reasonable basis for our assurance conclusion.
IV. Assurance Conclusion
We are of the opinion that the Company's 2025 Raised Fund Storage, Management, and Use Special Report has been prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the "Supervision Measures for Raised Funds of Listed Companies" (CSRC Announcement [2025] No. 10), the "Code of Conduct for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Main Board" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules - Announcement Format" and other relevant regulations, and fairly presents the Company's 2025 raised fund storage, management, and use.
V. Limitations on Use of the Report
This report is intended solely for the purpose of the Company's disclosure in its 2025 annual report and shall not be used for any other purpose.
