Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1 In order to further enhance the management of external information users at Jiangsu Zhongnan High-tech Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), this management system is established to ensure the proper use and management of external information.
Article 2 This system applies to all departments and personnel of the Company, including senior management and relevant personnel, and it governs the management of external information.

Article 2 The Company shall establish a reporting system to ensure that external information is reported in accordance with legal requirements.
Article 3 The Company shall conduct regular assessments of the reporting process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
