Jiangsu Zhongsheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") convened the 25th meeting of the ninth board of directors on April 27, 2026, and approved the proposal regarding the Company's application for comprehensive credit from banks.
I. Application for Comprehensive Credit
To support the Company's operational development, the Company (including its subsidiaries) plans to apply for a total credit line not exceeding 700 million yuan from banks. This credit will include various financial services such as loans, guarantees, and other related services. The credit period is expected to be 12 months, starting from the approval date. The Company will provide relevant information to the banks as required.
II. Document Signing Authority
To enhance efficiency, the board of directors authorizes the chairman or the authorized representative to handle matters related to the application for comprehensive credit, in accordance with relevant legal documents.
